    “Book Descriptions: ( )
x-id 3 is a hybrid, multimedia, experimental manuscript and "a 1st pataphysical study of the 5th dimension, and we who inhabit it."

In order to attempt an analysis of a 5-D universe, constraints such as the human body and societally-dictated communicative languages should first be abandoned. Further, our human-imposed laws, restrictions, and version(s) of the physics of the universe must be rethought. Through this degree of total liberation, we open a channel between a 5-D world and our own. It's only in that freedom and absurdity that this manuscript is able to attempt any extraterrestrial, pataphysical queerings alongside an unhinged exploration of the possibilities of a 5-D world within the constraints of a 2-D medium.

A gallery of the [n]ether and flow of mostly non-corporeal thoughts paired with a deep dive into potential technical intricacies and a brief profile on "The Sad, Lonely Alien," the separate elements of this manuscript work together to manifest this image/text study of an elusively pataphysical, 5-dimensional universe.

    Testimonials:

"Forever inventive, hybrid powerhouse Ami continues to twist everything you thought you knew about form experiments in their collection, x-id 3. At times a glitch in the system, at times a manifesto, and at times a binding intergalactic legal document, x-id 3 languishes in “bubblegum-bitch servitude made eternal” while poking at the pataphysical underbelly inherent to the human condition. Narrated by the hot alien wraith of your dreams, the collection’s biting self-awareness chuckles in the face of everything you thought you knew about metacognition. Ami reminds us at each turn that “[sometimes] the philosophies of our planet become understandably muddled, and we all get so bewildered by the hinderances of mortality, our own physicality, that we absorb ourselves in them indefinitely instead.”

"Where do I even begin? x( )-id 3 is an exorcism, an incantation, a transcendental hall of mirrors which reflects, refracts, and reframes our conventional relationship with the world around us. The prose is mystifying, mystical, unfathomable; I find myself absorbed in the text, the world melting around me, the tangible universe unraveling at the seams as I “plunge” my “feet in” to this incomprehensible alien dimension which feels, in a strange, all-encompassing way, like home. In this way, x( )-id 3 commands our collective attention, both as a work of literary genius and as an esoteric, unrelentingly queer glimpse of spiritual enlightenment, the infinite and the nothing “commingling” and becoming one. The book’s less abstract prose — such as its mention of Prakrit and its subtly recurring examinations of oppressive power structures — reminds us of the complex intersections between identity, politics, and spirituality, timeless yet nevertheless adapted to the social and linguistic framework of our emerging technoculture. So plunge your feet in. Enjoy your “individual universal doom.” Remember that you are always one with the absolute."
