“Book Descriptions: The effort for expunging the identity of India is increasingly dominating our historical studies. Recent archaeological, genetic and linguistic studies have discarded the colonial resources of Aryan invasion and colonization of India. Still in the postcolonial context, there are orchestrated efforts to frame our past and present in the racial paradigm. These have been highlighted, discussed and debated in this work.
