Bobby wasn't dealt the best life. An addicted mom and an only child, coupled with the dark building he lives in, makes for a hard time. Strange noises fill the walls and dark shadow figures lurk in the hall outside the front door.
He's resourceful even with everything he's up against and manages to take care of himself. Bobby has done this for a while until a card from Santa shows up. In a quick fit of indecision, he wishes for something he shouldn't. Bobby wakes up on Christmas morning with a new mommy. The addict version is gone and everything in his apartment is pristine and perfect, even the new mommy.
Bobby finds the situation is not as ideal as it seems and his new mommy is insidious. It appears his wish has come with consequences. In an effort to get his old mommy back, Bobby embarks on a journey to find her. To his dismay though, the shadow figures may have something to say about it.”
