Two months have passed since Crooks and his band of monstrous clowns terrorized the residents of Brentway. As Joe, Marvin and Eve try to put their lives back together, they are astonished to learn that a new circus is coming to town, one that includes: a strongman, acrobats, a giant and, of course, more clowns.
After initially planning to avoid the event at all costs, Marvin’s psychologist instead convinces him and his wife to attend the show, in order to help them overcome their lingering uneasiness regarding circus performers.
